Another Cinco de Mitcho. This event contained all things needed for a Cinco de Mayo celebration. Great food, inspiring historical presentation on the topic of fermentation in Mexico. Plentiful Homebrew. Great people. A fun and light atmosphere. But the highest highlight is always the Cinco de Mitcho brewing competitions! 1. Spirit of Mexico and 2. Pepper.
