Description: Join us for the Mountain Sun Winter Brewer’s Dinner on Monday, February 8th at the Vine Street Pub in Denver
Tickets are currently available at all three pubs for $50. Seating is very limited, so don’t delay if you wish to join us.
This, the third installment of our brewer’s dinner, will pay homage to the great stout. Head Brewer Brian Hutchinson paired all stouts with the food creations of Executive Kitchen Manager Rob Green.
The 2010 Winter Brewer’s Dinner Menu:
1st course: Blue cheese stuffed bacon wrapped fig paired with our Belgian Stout
2nd course: Posole soup paired with the Drop Kick Stout
3rd Course: Coffee rubbed beef with parsnip puree paired with the Coffee Imperial Stout
